• Area Required: 3000–4000 sq. ft. + 800–1200 sq. ft. outdoor play area
• Rooms: 4–6 classrooms (300–350 sq. ft. each) with 3–4 washrooms
• Investment: INR 35 lakh onwards
• Franchise Fee: INR 5 lakh + GST (7-year contract)
• Setup Cost: Approx. INR 15 lakh (infrastructure, equipment, interiors)
